CellBag, Water Transportation Bag

Since its launch in 2011, the CellBag has been available to the Moretele community in South Africa. Innovative humanitarian approach inspired by the way in which biological cells transport water and nutrients, the CellBag is an innovative way of transporting water, in optimal environmental conditions, for small and large volumes. The urban version combining a bag and a water container, ideal for sport and travel available at the Labstore allows the humanitarian project to be financed. Initiated at Harvard University and supported by the University of Pretoria, South Africa, CellBag is the catalyst for an international humanitarian experiment whose goal is to efficiently improve the sanitary conditions for water transportation in poor countries. The first hopeful months of the experiment in real life conditions will rapidly lead to CellBag improvements and increase its diffusion to populations in need.
